SHOP POLICIES:
Please be as specific as possible when giving us information about decals, glitter colors, or anything else you want on your tumbler. We cannot make any changes once you receive your tumbler if you are unhappy with the choices you have picked or if you lacked to specify something.
Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact me if there is any problem with your item caused by an error ON MY PART. Buyer is responsible for shipping to me if this is the case, I will then fix item at no charge to you however shipping will be the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be glitter-free due to glitter being an almost impossible thing to get rid of.
All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high quality products, however keep in mind these are love-crafted products and I am not perfect.
Shipping times vary based on where you live. Most tumblers are received within 3-5 days of when they are shipped.
All tumblers used are double insulated stainless steel and will keep your drink warm or cold for hours! All tumblers are made with an FDA compliant food safe epoxy.
TURN AROUND TIME:
Current turn around time is 2-3 weeks. My current processing time is 2-3 weeks (Most of the time sooner, depending on materials needed and time it takes to create your specific design). Creating these GORGEOUS tumblers is a lengthy process with multiple steps that have required drying and curing times.
